This book is all about the meltdown of the main character named Roxy, in which she wants the piggy cake, but she doesn’t need it. That means that this is a really good-but-bad book. I probably kind of liked it. Roxy, who is actually a bunny, goes to the store with her mom, and she wants the piggy cake, so she says, “Give me the piggy cake! Aaaaah! Aaaaah! Want it now! Aaaaaaah!” This is my favorite quote from this book. She is in a bad mood. I really like this book–just everything except for the meltdown. That part was kind of annoying, which I guess is how people feel when somebody has a meltdown. “Roxy was very tired, and Mom was very annoyed.” The illustrations are bright and colorful. I didn’t like the meltdown, but I think younger kids might like reading this book with their parents. If you ever went to the store with a little kid who pitched a fit because they wanted something, you will want to read this book.
