Hook’s Revenge, Book 2 The Pirate Code

In the book, Hook’s Revenge: The Pirate Code, Hook’s daughter, Jocelyn, and the crew of the pirate ship go to find Captain Hook’s treasure. But Krueger, the fiercest pirate there is, steals the Jolly Roger, which is what Jocelyn thinks is the key to the pirate code. Joceyln and the crew nearly kill Krueger and go back to the real world, but Krueger nearly catches them. Joceyln finds Hook’s treasure right by her old school. They hide in the cave with the treasure. Read the book to find out if they make it out of the cave.

I liked the book but it took a long time to read. I liked the action parts. My favorite part was in the end when they got lots of the treasure but not all of it and used some of it to defeat Krueger. The book was exciting and had a lot of action. The thing I didn’t like about it was that in between the action chapters there were parts with no action. I liked the book but it didn’t convince me that I should be a pirate.
