Family Reunion

This book was about a boy who did not understand his family. He did not even understand why family reunions are important and so did not want to go. I was happy when he started having fun with his cousins, and the people in the story reminded me of my family. I wish he enjoyed thinking about the family reunion from the beginning of the story. Family is the most important thing.

I liked that he got the chance to see his family because I have not seen my family in a long time. There are so many people I don’t know because of everything closing down. They looked like they were having so much fun as a family! I hope the boy is excited next time they have a family reunion.
