Don’t Let Them Disappear: 12 Endangered Species Across The Globe is written by Chelsea Clinton and illustrated by Gianna Marino. This book is about the amazing creatures on earth that are disappearing. At the back of the book there are ways kids can help save the endangered animals from global warming, pollution and other causes. This book includes facts about whale sharks, tigers, elephants, and other animals. Each page talks about how endangered the animals are, why they are endangered, and where they live. Kids of all ages will enjoy the super cute illustrations. The fur on the animals is textured, making the pictures look realistic. The pages are colorful. By reading this book, you will learn about what 12 endangered animals do during the day. My favorite picture is of a herd of sleeping elephants. My favorite fact from the book is that an elephant’s trunk can weigh up to 400 pounds and that they use their trunks as snorkels.
