Bedtime Is Canceled

This is a very silly book about a little girl and her big brother who write a note to their parents that says Bedtime is Cancelled. The note flies out the window and lands on the desk of a newspaper reporter.

Bedtime is Cancelled makes the front of the newspaper, the evening news and emails. Everyone believes it. That night, there is no bedtime. By the next morning parents are too tired to do anything properly. They put their pants on backwards, can’t remember one plus one and even fall asleep in their mashed potatoes.

The little girl and her brother see all this mess and write a new note saying bedtime is not cancelled.

Bedtime is Cancelled was such a funny book. It makes fun at how tired parents would be if they didn’t get to sleep at night. I laughed when the parents fell asleep in their mashed potatoes. The illustrations are bright, colorful and add so much more to the story. I think that Bedtime is Cancelled is a great book for kids, and it will make them laugh out loud.
