A girl says she is a child of books. She means that she loves to read, and she loves all the stories. She tells a boy that he can come and explore with her. They can sail on the words or climb mountains made out of the stories. They hide in forests that are made from fairy tales, and they discover treasure and hide from monsters. They can even go into space and sleep on the clouds. This book is so much fun to read because of all the pictures that show them going into all these places in their imagination. And words from lots of different stories make up the pictures, like they climb up a mountain that is made of words from the story of Peter Pan, or they run away from a monster made of words from the book Frankenstein. It is really fun to see what the story is and to think about how those stories make up the adventures of the children. If you love to read, you will love this book, and if you don’t love to read yet, you should try reading some of these other stories, and then you will!
