The Book That No One Wanted to Read

A book written by a book! That’s so amazing! (Not really, it was written by Richard Ayoade, but the narrator says it was written by a book, so that’s really fun.) And Tor Freeman did the illustrations (those are the pictures). She has super fun maps. I loved the library map because when I was reading it I would pretend to go places on the map. When I hit the library goblin, I made a noise like the librarian shushing it, and that was pretty funny.

I love funny books, so this one was great! It has interesting words like “miscellany” and helpful hints like how to pamper a book. (Hint: it’s not what you think!) I didn’t get the newspaper bit because it was a watermelon, and I just don’t get it. But other than that, I really enjoyed this book. It’s super funny (like nine supers). The book attack was my other favorite part. I would recommend this book, The Book No One Wanted to Read, to anyone who loves funny books.
