The Good, the Bad, and the Bossy (Best Babysitters Ever)
The Good, the Bad, and the Bossy (Best Babysitters Ever) by Caroline Cala is a great book about Dot, Bree, and Malia, who are three babysitters trying to earn money for a Veronica concert. All three girls are really busy with other things so they hire three more babysitters whose names are Pigeon, Brody, and Sage to do the work. Unfortunately everything does not go according to plan and they start realizing that maybe hiring more baby sitters wasn’t such a good idea.
My favorite parts were when the babysitters had their meetings. It was fun to hear all their perspectives at once. I think ages 8 to 11 would enjoy this book. In a way, this book reminds me of the graphic novel series Baby Sitters Club by Ann M. Martin and Gale Gallion. I would recommend this book because it was funny, and it kept me entertained.
