The Dinosaur Lover’s Cookie Kit
When you first see the box for this book, you will be super excited. It looks so cool because it has a cookbook with a great big dinosaur footprint from a cookie cutout, and the box comes with that huge dinosaur footprint cookie cutter and three other smaller cookie cutters of a sauropod, a triceratops, and a T-rex. It makes you want to start making cookies right away! The cookbook has a lot of recipes for all different types of cookies, and children will probably need to make the cookies with their parents. You would only use the cookie cutters on the sugar cookie recipe, called Sugar-saurus Cookies, but the other cookies sound good, too. If you have allergies or have to eat a special diet, you might want to use this cookbook because all but three of the twenty-four recipes are either vegan or gluten-free. (Although the Gingerbread Cavepeople don’t really belong with dinosaurs!) There are oatmeal cookies, lemon bars, biscotti, and lots of other types, and they all have funny dinosaur names. There are a few dinosaur party and snack ideas as well. This would be a good cookbook for anyone wanting gluten-free or vegan cookie recipes, if they like dinosaurs.
