Wrong About the Guy
I think this is quite possibly the cutest book I’ve read this year, and I’ve read quite a few. Ellie Withers is a force to be reckoned with. She was funny, confident, smart, and yet totally clueless! I loved her. I’ll be the first to say that the book started off a little slow for my taste, but once I got to reading more, the more I couldn’t put the book down. Ellie is the step-daughter of the famous Luke Weston. Being the daughter of the rich and famous certainly has its perks, such as private tutors, going on lavish vacations, unwanted popularity, and not having to ever worry about money. Ellie’s life is great except for a few minor hiccups. Her younger brother may or may not have autism, and there may be more to the story with the boy who she thinks might love her as more than a friend. Now the tutor, he’s kind of broody and keeps to himself, but he knows how to keep Ellie in check. For all of Claire’s fans, and even ones who have never read her, I highly recommend picking this one up!
