Abuelo
This is a story about a boy who lived in the country near his Grandpa, or Abuelo in Spanish. He loved to ride horses with his Abeulo. His Grandpa taught him a lot while they were out riding together. On every page, there is a word or phrase in Spanish. You do not need to know Spanish in order to read the book. The finds out that he will be moving into the city away from his Abeulo. The boy remembers all of the things that his Grandpa taught him while they were riding horses in the country. He talked to his Grandpa on the phone and learned to like the city. Now the boy rides a bike and thinks about his Grandpa. This was a good story. I just moved away from my Grandpa too! I think that anyone that just moved away from a Grandparent would like reading this book. If you like learning new words in Spanish, you might also like this book. I would read this book again.
