Full Moon Lore
Now there is a story for every full moon thanks to Full Moon Lore. Each nature story about what every month will bring us and the moon’s special name adds a joyful story to each month. This rhythmic book could be read to a kid falling asleep or to anyone age four or older looking to relax. Although the book was cute and peaceful, I found myself losing interest. If you were thinking about getting this book for a kid under nine, I would only read one page at a time. The calming, dark illustrations of nature scenes in all seasons by Ashley Stewart are beautiful yet unexciting. The entire book, written by Ellen Wahi, was restful but boring. When I read this book at first I thought that it was relaxing, but as soon as I got to the second page I was bored.
