Being a teenager is super hard, and is very emotional. In this book, Joey has had a hard start in life. She begins to wonder why she always feels so angry. She begins to learn about the science of being angry and learns that her family genes can play a role in the emotions she feels. She learns how to react to hard situations with her family and knows that her family will accept her and try their best to help her through hard times.

This is a really good book. This book was very interesting. I was able to relate to this book since we are moving because I don’t want to move but my parents think it is for the best. I think this is a good book to help readers with their emotions.
