The little monkeys lay in bed and think they hear noises in and outside the house and wonder if it’s Santa! They leave the bed but get stopped by either Grandpa, Mama, or other things. The monkeys think they see Santa and his reindeer many times; will the monkeys get to see Santa on Christmas night or have to wait another year?

I liked Five Little Monkeys Looking for Santa because it gets me excited for Christmas time! I like that on the front cover is a texture with bumpy words and Christmas things. Inside the book, I like that I can read it, and it’s rhyming. The little monkeys do silly things to see Santa, making me want to turn the pages to see what will happen next. I think kids of all ages will like Five Little Monkeys Looking for Santa because it’s about Santa and trying to be sneaky to get what you want!
