Another Kind

We rated this book:

Hidden in a government facility, six not-quite-normal kids train with their various abilities. It’s safe there, and they have their own kind of normal. Even though Sylvie is sick of this routine, she never expected to have it all taken away so suddenly when the facility is compromised by an agent who turns out to be feeding information to a mysterious creature called the Collector.

On the run and trying to stay one step ahead of the Collector, Sylvie and her friends try to find a safe place for them to stay. But the one place they thought they would be safe turns out to be just where the Collector needed them to be…

This graphic novel was fast-paced and entertaining, with a fun storyline and loveable characters. The characters have cool powers and personalities, so you’re sure to connect with them! I also liked the pictures and the way the story was told, which added to the supernatural experience. This was a fun story full of feelings that followed the six friends as they find their place in the world!
