Wolfstongue
Wolfstongue is an amazing book. Right from the title, I was drawn in. The book is about a young boy named Silas who has trouble with words. Then he discovers a whole hidden forest filled with talking animals. Silas befriends a pair of wolves and discovers that the wolves are being controlled by foxes. The foxes use the power of words to turn wolves into their slaves. The leader of the foxes wants nothing more than to be just like humans, but the wolves want to be free. Silas knows that he has to help the wolves in any way possible. To do so, Silas must overcome his speech problem and become the wolves’ tongue.
This was a really good book that dog lovers and action lovers would really enjoy. I have no criticism of this book except that it was a little too short. Wolfstongue is definitely a book I plan to keep and read again.
