Titans
I love how Victoria Scott always has unique storylines that are hard not to fall in love with. She’s a go to author and I know when starting one of her books, there are promises of taking me completely to another world. Titans is like anything I’ve ever read before. I usually tend to stay away from anything having to do with horses, believe me, I’m not as heartless as I sound. But I guess since these aren’t like regular horses, I was able to enjoy it more. The central part of the story is about female protagonists and the relationship they have. They’re best friends and that have each other’s back all the way. I can’t tell you how much I love all the girl power in Titans.
I feel like a lot of times we get the clichéd queen bee who we bash. We need more books that don’t bash women and girls; let’s learn to bring each other up. The book is filled with so much action that you won’t be able to put the book down until the very last page. Fans of Scott will be pleased with her new book and will be rooting for Astrid as to goes through the race of her life.
