Lockwood & Co. Book Three: The Hollow Boy
In The Hollow Boy, the third instalment in Jonathan Stroud’s series, Lockwood and Company, Lucy Carlyle is an agent in the psychic investigation, Lockwood and Company (a.k.a., a ghost hunting business). As a team, she and other agents go face to face with some of the scariest creatures in the world, ghosts. This entire book includes epic battles, evil ghosts, and Lockwood and Company!
What I liked about this book is the fact that it is incredibly descriptive, however, I dislike that it makes you wonder when the ghost will appear. I also enjoyed the fact that the book had it’s own array of sarcasm and humor which helps the story play out. I enjoyed that the book has a sense of mystery as the characters find more about themselves. I liked that the story has a lot of adventure to give the story more flavor in itself. It leads you along the story. This book will give people who like horror, mystery, adventure, and suspense, a good read.
