Mr. Hare’s Big Secret

Mr. Hare is hopping along and then he meets Mrs. Mouse. Then Mr. Fox comes along, and also Mrs. Duck, and also Mr. Frog, and finally Mr. Owl. They all want to know Mr. Hare’s big secret, but he tells them they all have to dance with him under the big tree before he will tell them his secret. Once they all get dancing, cherries fall to the ground, and then they all have a great feast!

This book is fun and I bet that people who like to eat big fat juicy cherries will like this book. I would dance around under a tree for big fat juicy cherries! There are clues in the pictures so you can figure out the secret before the end when Mr. Hare tells his secret, and the pictures are really fun. I like to see the animals and it is funny to think about them dancing and jumping under the tree. My favorite animal is the bunny because he looks like his fur is all messy, and in my favorite picture he looks like he is staring and he looks so funny! I think this book will make children laugh.
