Round

This book is about a little girl who is very fond of nature. You can go through the book and see lots of things in nature that are round. All through the book the little girl tells you why she likes the round things. She likes to feel them and explore and look for them. There are many things for her to discover, like round seeds, round fruits, round eggs, round mushrooms, and even the round moon. All the erosion of the rocks makes them round. The pictures express the round things very, very well. The pictures show you these things from nature in very pretty watercolor paintings. The girl is usually with her pet dog and goose, and usually with her dad, too. It is really nice that she is sharing the round things she likes with them. There are only a few words on each page, but they are very beautiful, like a poem, even though they don’t rhyme. This book is very pretty to read and to look at, and you will like it no matter how old or young you are!
