Ellie Ultra: An Extra-Ordinary Girl
This book is like the prequel to another Ellie Ultra book that I have read. I think this is more of a “girly” book than a “boyish” book. This is basically all about Ellie Ultra. Ellie Ultra has ultra-ized things! She has superpowers! By the way, she sees like a superhero. Bzzt! She sees planets, like in the end when she sees Mars. Her other superpowers include remote-control commands! The illustrations are far out! Wow! What I really like about this book is that she wanted to read Princess Power: Protector of Sparkle Kingdom. This is a book within a book! She likes to read, too, which is just like me. She has challenges like I do, too. For instance, she has to do schoolwork: “Sinking into her seat, Ellie came face-to-face with one of the greatest challenges she’d ever faced – the Blank Page of Doom.” In this story, Ellie tries to help all of Winkopolis. Winkopolis is threatened by Captain Blob and the Goo Crew. Will Ellie be successful? You have to read the book (like Ellie Ultra) to find out!
