Bad Bye, Good Bye
This book is easy to read and great for 3 year olds and up. There are 2 to 4 words in a page. This book is about a family who is moving to a new town but the little boy does not want to leave. The drawings in the book are very sad, dark and gloomy at first. Later they are happy drawings. On the day of the move, the little boy did not want his toys packed up in a box and put in the moving truck. He was sad to leave his friend. On his way, he took a long nap, played road games, and then went for a swim in the motel pool with his family. Once the little boy reached the new town, he saw new things he liked such as glow bugs and a climbing tree. He saw a new park, his new house and his new room. He played with a new friend and a dog. After playing, he said a happy good bye to his new good friend. That was my favorite part of the book.
