This book is about horses that had their freedom taken away from them. It talks about how wild horses are being captured and sometimes killed. This book is full of things that are interesting about horses. One of my favorite parts of the book is the true stories about kids helping to save wild horses. It is just great that there are so many people trying to save horses. There are also amazing photos of wild horses. This book tells about the history of horses in the United States.

I really like this book because it’s about horses. I never knew that horses were in danger, so I am glad I read this book. This book would be good for any animal or horse lovers. I think you should be over nine because it is a little sad in some parts. Sometimes the book is a little confusing. The only thing it needs is more photos in the book, because the photos are so great. I learned a lot by reading this book. It is an important book.
