Where in the Wild is about animals and where they live. I liked seeing all of the pretty fish in the picture of the river habitat, but did not like the snake. I liked having the task of looking for butterflies throughout the book; they live in a lot of different habitats. I liked the monkeys in the forest habitat, how they have blue on their nose and faces. I liked the elephant in the Savanna, too, because I really like elephants. The meerkats and giraffes were fun to see after watching The Lion King. I liked seeing the kangaroos and camels in the desert, but not the snakes, scorpions, or spiders. The deer was pretty in the woods with the birds and fox. The moose was pretty, and it was fun to watch the bear try to catch the fish in the forest. Looking at the cold habitat at the end made me feel cold, but I liked the polar bear and seals. I think any kid would like reading this book and seeing all of the animals. My favorite page was the Savannah because of the elephants.
