This book was okay. Not my favorite. I didn’t like how it repeated the title When The Wind Blows through the whole book. I didn’t know the wind powered lights and stuff we need electricity for. I liked learning that the wind helps make electricity. That is what this book is about. The wind turns the blades on a wind turbine. The powers gets transfered to power lines, then to the the people that need electricity. I didn’t realize this book rhymed until my mom reread it to me.
