We Had To Remove This Post
Everyone knows that people post disturbing, harmful, and nightmare-inducing videos on the internet, but ever wonder why you only hear about them? Videos against guidelines are removed to protect people, but what about the people removing them? All day long, Kayleigh sits behind her computer at Hexa removing these videos. Sure, it’s not the most fun job, but it pays more than Kayleigh’s old job. She didn’t mind until everything started to fall apart. Her life turns into a complete mess, all because of this horrendous job.
This book was a great page-turner. Readers experienced Kayleigh’s life, learning about the nightmare job. The book shone a light on the gruesome parts of work and life. Through the narrator’s eyes, we got to meet the other characters. Each and every character has their own story, allowing readers to create their own opinions about them. Hanna Bervoets wrote in a way where readers could connect with the book and see the reality of the world. While there were no illustrations throughout the book, Hanna provided great details of scenes allowing readers to imagine Kayleigh’s world.
This book would be a great read for those twelve years and up. I would definitely recommend this book as it was highly pleasurable. In all, We Had To Remove This Post is a great book.
