Thump Goes the Rabbit: How Animals Communicate (Let’s-Read-and-Find-Out Science 1)

Thump Goes the Rabbit is a book about how different animals communicate. Some animals can communicate by rubbing their scent on trees to let others know it’s their territory. The book is about many more animals besides rabbits. The illustrations are very wonderful, and you can tell exactly what the illustrator was trying to draw to go with the author’s writing. This book would be good for kids interested in science, especially eight and younger. Even if you already know a lot about animals you’ll still probably learn new things from Thump Goes the Rabbit. A book that really captures readers’ attention.
