The Wonderful Things You Will Be
A mommy and daddy look at their newborn baby and wonder about all the things she will become when she grows up. From the very beginning, they knew she is someone they wanted to know, and even if she cannot talk yet, or when is one or two years old, they wonder, will she save the day? Will she play music? Or recite in a theater? Will she grow a beautiful garden, or learn how to fly, or take care of animals and other small things?
They know she will be kind and clever, with a big heart and not afraid, and she will go out to discover the world, even in far away places. She will become whoever she wants to be, and no matter what, mommy and daddy will love her anyway.
I did not enjoy the book much. The pictures were not funny, and I was disappointed that there was no mention of the child flying up high in the sky just holding on to balloons, which I was expecting from the cover.
