The Tribe, Book 1: Homeroom Headhunters

In The Tribe: Homeroom Headhunters, Spencer Pendleton gets invited to join The Tribe. The people in The Tribe are students who ran away from their homes because they didn’t fit in or because their parents were mean. I really liked this book because it is about a hidden tribe living in a school. The title is really catchy, Homeroom Headhunters. If I would be Spencer I would be scared because of all the pop quizzes. The pop quizzes are tests that The Tribe makes. Like one of them was about survival. I would definitely be scared if The Tribe would attack me with spears made out of school supplies. Every member of The Tribe gave them self a new name, their new names are Peashooter, Compass, Yardstick, and Sporkboy. They all say quotes from books, like The Law Of Claw and Fang from one of Jack London’s books. If you like action, but not too much of it, then you should definitely read this book. Like right now, go to your library and check it out, or go to a book store and buy it.
