Bea just moved to New York, and her dad has to travel for his job, so she’ll be alone for a time. While her dad is gone, she meets a girl named Nisha and a boy named Indy. Nisha’s aunt tells them that they are ‘Finders’, and they have to find the Third Coin, which is the most powerful of the five because it keeps the balance, and links all the others together. These are the coins of the world that keep Earth and another world in balance. So the trio find the coin, but accidentally lose it again, and they have to get it with the other coins by Passage Day, December 12, in order to keep the worlds together until the next Passage Day.

This book was exciting from start to end, and I liked how it switched points of view from Nisha to Bea. I liked how every one of the trio had a secret they didn’t know about, like how Bea never asked Indy for his real name or how Bea and Nisha have a secret that no one knows about. This book made you want to keep reading because it’s so exciting!
