Rothbart is evil. Siegfried is a Prince. Odette is a Princess who is turned into a swan by Rothbart. To break the curse, she has to find true love. Siegfried had to go marry a Princess to protect the Kingdom. He runs away by chasing some swan. One of the swans is Odette. She is a swan every morning and at night, she’s transformed back to herself. Then at the dance, Siegfried sees somebody that looks like Odette, and then she’s actually Rothbart’s daughter, Odile. Siegfried and Odette plan to make Rothboart lose his power. He slips into the water and turns into an owl forever with his daughter who is a swan.

I like that you get to press and listen to the music while reading the book. The music is very famous. I like that the story is about swans because swans are pretty. I want to see the ballet one day because I think the dance would be pretty and fun to watch. I recommend this book to people who like music and fairytales.
