The Selkie of San Francisco

This book is a sequel to Guardians of the Gryphon’s Claw, which was an awesome book. This one is just as good! It is full of thrilling adventures and nail-biting suspense. This book is a must-read!

The main character, Sam London, is the newest member of the Department of Mythical Wildlife. It is a special group of people that helps ensure that mythical creatures remain hidden from the rest of humanity for their own safety.

A selkie, which is a mythical underwater creature, appears in a seal colony in San Francisco, in front of a bunch of tourists. Apparently, the selkie is attempting to contact a fashion model, Pearl Eklund. What could a selkie want with an “it” girl? Sam’s job is to figure out what the selkie wants before it reveals the existence of mythical creatures to the rest of mankind.

This book has an exciting, suspenseful, interesting plot that keeps the reader flipping pages to see what will happen next. I can’t wait for the next book in this series to come out! I will read it right away!
