The Queen’s Hat

The Queen of England is walking, and the breeze carries away her hat, her nicest hat. Then she tells all of her men to come help her get her hat. Even the butler comes to try and catch it. They had to climb over a lion to get the hat, then they had to scramble, they had to go through the zoo to get to the hat, they had to go on a train to get to a hat, and then a ferris wheel, and then a bridge, and then a wire, and then it landed on a baby’s head, and that was the baby that the Queen wanted to see and they lived happily ever after.

This book is fun because you get to see all these places where the Queen goes, and she has lots of soldiers that come with her, and there are more and more on every page. The pictures are really funny, like when everyone is floating down from the clock with their umbrellas. There’s only black, white, red and blue colors in this book, but I really like the pictures anyway. The Queen’s men wear really funny hats too.
