The Queen on Our Corner

This book was about a girl that believed a homeless woman was a queen. One day she protected the village from lighting on fire. Everybody thought the homeless woman was strange. After she tried to save them they built her a house and started to treat her well. If it were me, I would have been nice from the start. I would have found a way to bring her water and bread.

I liked how on the cover there was a dragon hidden. And then at the end of the book, the homeless woman looks like she was the one that slew the dragon. It made me think she was really a queen all along. Maybe the dragon represented the fire. She slew the dragon that was actually the fire. I would definitely read this book again!
