The Most Important Thing: Stories About Sons, Fathers, and Grandfathers

We rated this book:

The most important thing Fun short stories about scenarios in which sons, fathers, and grandfathers would be in. These stories were about troubles that a family would have and they would have to find out together how to resolve those problems as a family. The plot of the first story is about a boy’s dad who is going on a work trip and the boy’s mom is recovering from surgery at an aunts house. His father has only one choice and that choice is to send his son to his father. The father and grandfather don’t get along so the boy does not know if the grandfather will like him or not. The characters in this story seemed to all be depressed in the beginning but then towards the end they become happy. The language of these stories conveyed a lot of emotion.

Children ages 9 and up should read this book. I would recommend this book if you like sweet little short stories. These were great short stories and you should check them out they really make remember the importance of family.
