I have been playing soccer for a few years now, and I am pretty familiar with the rules and regulations. This book taught me a lot about the history of soccer and confirmed what I already knew about how to play soccer. This book is really informative and I love all of the great illustrations. This book teaches you about everything you could ever learn about soccer. I really loved about learning about the different competitions and games. Soccer is know all around the world and The Kingfisher Soccer Encyclopedia is great for every child that either just wants to read about soccer, plays soccer at home, or is in a professional sports team. Because this book is easy and quick to read, and is perfect in size, it is a great tool to refresh you soccer knowledge with. All of the pictures explain what the book is trying to say. So, if I get confused by something I can just look at the picture and it usually explains it. If it doesn’t explain it, then it will be explained on the next couple of pages!
