The Fog
There is a bird who loved to watch humans, until one day something interrupted his happiness: a huge fog came, so he couldn’t see them anymore. He tried to chase the fog away, but he couldn’t, so he waited and waited and waited until he almost forgot what it was like before the fog. But one day, he saw a colorful speck in the distance. It was a girl. He was happy to see a human again, so he decided to become her friend. They were both worried about the fog, and they wanted to know if others worried about it, too. So they sent out messages, and when the messages came back, they found that the fog slowly drifted away from everyone. And finally the bird and the girl could see everything again.
This book has really pretty pictures. Some of them are really funny, too. There is this one picture where the bird and the girl are really close to each other, but they have to use binoculars to see each other because of the fog. I think this book is fun, and I think it would be good for children who are ten years old or younger.
