Dragon’s Descent is about a guardian angel named Vero who has to find the book of Raziel before Satan. Vero has problems of his own at home and in his mind after he finds out that he will die soon and become a full-fledged guardian angel. In my opinion, it was intriguing but not entertaining. The characters Tack and Clover were easy to relate to, but the angels were not realistic. The language flowed but did not keep me interested. The moral of the story is, don’t be afraid, when Vero is afraid he is defeated but when he loses all fear he defeats the monsters. There were no pictures and I think there should have some to get a better picture in your mind. The people that I think should read this book are between twelve and eighteen because it will make you sad and down. This book does not remind me of any other books I have read. I would not recommend this book to family and friends. This book was okay but was very sad, boring, and a little too religious for me.
