The Battle of Hackham Heath
Morgarath is growing an army of the fierce and strong wargals in the mountains. Halt is sent on a mission to check it out. He finds a man named Norman who might be able to help him find out more about Morgarath’s plans. Meanwhile, the king sends Crowley on a secret mission to accompany the fragile and pregnant queen to a health spa. But the journey isn’t as peaceful and relaxing as it seems.
The Battle of Hackham Heath is the second book in a series. It is interesting but is also a little confusing if you haven’t read the first book. I’d recommend it for ages twelve and up. It is a fantasy/fiction book with some violence. What I like about it is once you start reading it, it immediately gets interesting quickly and there aren’t any boring or slow parts in it. The characters are okay, but I feel that there isn’t much about them or their past. It didn’t seem to include much detail in the setting of where the story takes place.
