Teeny Weenies: The Intergalactic Petting Zoo: And Other Stories

This is a fiction book with a lot of different stories. In the first story, the Weenie family goes to an Intergalactic Petting Zoo. The oldest child thinks it is just going to be another boring family trip to a tourist trap, but it’s not! The family pets a lot of different creatures that look like barnyard animals with fake horns and weird fur. Little do they know, they’re about to become part of the show!

In another story, Weenie and his cousins want to attend a junior rodeo. His cousins barrel race, rope calves, and take part in a roping competition, but Weenie wants to ride a bull. He’s never done it before, but he thinks he can learn from his cousin Bobby. When it comes time for the rodeo, will Weenie ride the bull, or will the bull ride him?

I enjoyed this book of short stories because the stories were entertaining with very unexpected endings. They were all funny, and I think kids would enjoy reading them as much as I did! There are also little drawings throughout the stories that are comical, too.
