Talker 25
Talker 25 is a fast paced novel that made me want to keep on reading, right up to the last few pages. Not only being well written, but the plot kept me guessing. Just when you think it’s obvious, another clue throws your entire view on the situation out of balance. The story starts out in the middle of an obvious illegal visit to a dragon camp, and it spirals out of control from there. The main character, Melissa Callahan, isn’t so sure about whom the bad guys are, and if there really are bad guys. With her dad being in the military, and a mysterious stranger appearing who seems to know her, she isn’t so sure what’s going on.
The characters from the book are described so well in the book that by the end, it feels like you just ended a relationship with a good friend. This novel is hopefully the first of a great series, and I will look forward to Joshua McCune’s next book with great anticipation. I would definitely recommend this book to a friend.
