Summer Camp: MJ’s Camp Crisis

MJ is a rare case, a girl who never wanted to go to camp. Her best friend, Ariel, was the only reason she was coming to camp, but then Ariel was called away on an important family trip to China. Now MJ is at camp with no friends and no idea how to do things. With one of the campers looking more and more familiar, MJ’s starting to become more and more suspicious about who she is. Who is this mystery camper? And will MJ survive the long days ahead? Only time will tell as Camp Mon Mon Lake continues.

I definitely feel like during the book you get to know the characters really well, and all of their awesome personalities really shone through. The plot was intriguing and very believable. The pictures were exceptionally bright, colorful, and full of energy and fun. Anyone who can read chapter books should read this book. This book would and does make a great series filled with action and laughs. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone my age, and I rate this book five thumbs up.
