Stick Dog Dreams of Ice Cream

Stick Dog and his friends are back with another exciting adventure! Together this group of friends has figured out how to get hamburgers, hot dogs, and pizza. This time, they are in search of ICE CREAM! It is a very hot day and all of the dogs are desperate for a nice cold drink of water! The first discover a water attacking machine, or water sprinkler as humans call it! Later, they hear music playing from a truck. They watch closely from behind some bushes to figure out what happens with this truck. By the time they go out to investigate, all that is left are rainbow puddles. It only takes one taste of the rainbow puddles before all five dogs are licking up as much as they can. Now they are on a mission to follow that truck! I really like Stick Dog and all of his friends. They make me laugh with the silly things they think of. Each dog acts a certain way, and I feel like I know them. This is a fun book for any Stick Dog fan! The book is fun to read because it also has a lot of sketches in it. Any kid that enjoys listening to chapter books would like this book if they are not able to read it. I can’t wait for the next Stick Dog adventure.
