Space Dog
In this story Space Dog, Astrocat, and Mousetronaut have always been enemies but they need to work together to save the Spooniverse. This book is pretty funny and the illustrations remind me of a cartoon. in this hilarious adventure about teamwork and unexpected friendship. Space Dog is zooming in the vast deeps of space when he gets one of many distress calls from the Breakfast Cluster for help. Soon after that Astrocat and Mousetronaut come in to play. I love how Space Dog is a risk taker, builds friendship, and works as a team with his sworn enemies. There is a lot going on in this story. You have to stop and take a break during reading to make sure you catch everything and then discuss what is happening.
I thought this book was ok, I did like all the action but I got lost at parts. After we re-read the book, I understood more of what was happening but still didn’t love it. It was a little far fetched and it was hard to read all the parts of the story. Maybe just not my kind of interest in books, I could see how others may like it.
