Sofia the First: A Royal Mouse in the House
I loved this book! I like the interesting story and the pictures. The characters in the story seem like they could be real people who I know! Even the magic could be real. I would love to have a magic mirror!
I like that the colors in the illustrations are soft, and there is so much detail that all the animals and people look real.
The animals in the story were beautiful. If I could have any pet from Sofia the First: A Royal Mouse in the House, I would want the peacock. It is beautiful!
In the story, I like how Princess Hildegard turns into a mouse. She realizes that small creatures are nothing but helpless! It helps Hildy understand why Lulu is so scared when they get to the Pet Talent Show at the palace. A big, busy place can be a scary thing for someone so small!
It is also kind of Princess Sofia to let Princess Hildegard take her place in the Pet Talent Show. This story has a great lesson: you should always help other people if you can!
