Garfield Whyte tells the tale of how an innocent girl changes over the years. He shows how others influence others to change their view and perspective. This book has parts where you have to think through the message the books is giving. I would recommend this book to teens because I am not a teen, and I had a little trouble comprehending the text, so I think the teen will understand better and will get the life lesson from this book. This book has such a strong meaning, and I enjoyed reading this book.
