Sewing School Quilts: 15 Projects Kids Will Love to Make; Stitch Up a Patchwork Pet, Scrappy Journal, T-Shirt Quilt, and More
Sewing School Quilts is an awesome book about how to make quilts. This book has 15 projects, like the T-shirt Quilt, Scrappy Journal, and more. My favorite one is the Say Anything Quilt because it is complex and challenging. The authors of the book, Amie Petonis Plumley and Andria Lisle, are actually teachers teaching quilting and have experience running quilting camps. Their experience is shown throughout the book in the way it offers detailed steps and templates for all the projects available in the book. This book not only teaches you how to make quilts but how to make stuff like mats, games, and stuffed animals. It is well suited for a children’s get-together activity. This book is good for kids in fifth grade through high school or for people who like making stuff on their own. In this book, you will learn about charm packs, common mistakes, and, of course, quilts. This book is barrel of fun. So go ahead and read it.
