See How We Move! by Scot Ritchie is a book about how children should exercise and how exercising will make them stronger and will keep the germs away. This book is very educational. From the book, I learned there are many ways to test reflexes, and there are many exercises you can do to get stronger, like swimming, playing sports, jump roping, hanging on the monkey bars, etc. I also learned that our muscles and bones help us move our body or else we wouldn’t be able to move. I think it’s a good idea to eat plenty of healthy foods from the five basic food groups. In the book, I liked how brave Sally was even though she was last place during the swimming competition and how Yulee made Pedro feel better in the team huddle. I have read another book in the series called Follow That Map! and liked it very much too.
