Secret Agents Jack and Max Stalwart: Book 2: The Adventure in the Amazon: Brazil
Secret Agents Max and Jack are on a mission to find Global Protection Force’s (GPF) scientist Ginny Rosebottom. But her disappearance was caused by a gold-stealing criminal named Pedro. Now Jack and Max have to outsmart Pedro so the trio can escape. But how? In this book, the main characters are Jack and Max. My favorite character is Ginny because she was confident that the GPF would save her, and I’d like to be as confident as she is. My favorite part was when the trio went down the Roosevelt River because it was so adventurous. I really liked the illustrations because all of them were really detailed. I especially liked the pictures of the gadgets and when Pedro got captured. The language was really good; it went like a free-flowing story. It is suitable for kids aged eight to ten. People who like adventure, gadgets, and secret agents should read this book–it is fun, thrilling, and as always it has a bit of funniness. So go ahead and read this book!
