Santa’s Underwear
Santa is getting dressed for Christmas but he can’t find his favorite Christmas underwear. He tried his Valentine’s boxers but they had too many hearts. His St. Patrick’s day long johns, Easter briefs, and Thanksgiving tighty-whities just weren’t Christmassy enough. Santa searches for his Christmas undies everywhere – under the bed, in the dirty laundry, and his drawers but just can’t find them anywhere. Then he opens his closet to find brand new Christmas underwear with a bow and note from Rudolph and the reindeer crew. Santa can finally get ready.
I really liked Santa’s Underwear. When I first saw the title and cover, I thought it would be a funny, silly book. The illustrations were really funny – with Santa trying on all his different underwear – from Easter, Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day. I think that was my favorite part of the whole book. I love that Rudolph was the one who gifted Santa his new underwear. My sister loves Rudolph and that was her favorite part of the book. I would recommend Santa’s Underwear for families who want something silly to read around Christmas time.
